Whether you are entering college for the first time, transferring from another institution, or pursuing graduate studies, our admissions system is designed to help you move forward with confidence.

From initial application to final enrollment, each step is clearly defined—so you know exactly what to do and what to expect.

Admission Requirements

For Incoming First-Year Students

  • Grade 11 Card (Photocopy)
  • Grade 12 Card (Original Copy)
  • Grades in English, Math, and Science of at least 82
    (85 for Maritime programs)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original)
  • Entrance Examination Result

For Transferees

  • Transcript of Records (Original)
  • Honorable Dismissal (Original)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original)
  • PSA Birth Certificate (2 copies)
  • Entrance Examination Result

For Returning Students

  • Subject to evaluation by the Registrar and the
    concerned College

For Graduate School Applicants

Doctor of Philosophy in Management

  • Certificate of Transfer Credentials
  • Transcript of Records
  • PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Marriage Contract (if applicable)
  • Copy of Approved Thesis and Abstract

Master’s Degree Programs

  • Certificate of Transfer Credentials
  • Transcript of Records
  • PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Marriage Contract (if applicable)

APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1 — Pre-Registration
Complete the pre-registration form to be included in the applicant database and to secure your entrance examination schedule.
STEP 2 — ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
Proceed to the Cashier to pay the examination fee and take the entrance exam on your scheduled date.
Step 3 — Submission and Encoding of Information
Once examination results are released and requirements are complete:
• Accomplish the Student Personal Inventory Sheet (SPIS)
• Encode your information into the official system (S3)
• Secure your student ID number
STEP 4 — PROGRAM-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)
For selected programs such as Criminology and Maritime:
• Undergo medical examination
• Secure “Fit to Enroll” clearance from the school clinic
STEP 5 — ENROLLMENT AND FINAL REGISTRATION
• Secure approval from the College Dean
• Pay enrollment fees at the Cashier
• Submit required forms
YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE YOUR:
• Certificate of Enrollment
• Class Schedule

TUITION AND FEES

Tuition is computed based on the number of units enrolled per semester.

    100% tuition discount for students with
    a GWA of 95% (1.0 equivalent) and above
  • Partial Academic Excellence Scholarship
    50% tuition discount for students with
    a GWA of 92% (1.3 equivalent) and above

High School Honors Discounts

  • With Highest Honors — 100% tuition
    discount (up to 21 units)
  • With High Honors — 50% tuition
    discount (up to 21 units)
