Admission Requirements
For Incoming First-Year Students
- Grade 11 Card (Photocopy)
- Grade 12 Card (Original Copy)
- Grades in English, Math, and Science of at least 82
(85 for Maritime programs) - Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original)
- Entrance Examination Result
For Transferees
- Transcript of Records (Original)
- Honorable Dismissal (Original)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original)
- PSA Birth Certificate (2 copies)
- Entrance Examination Result
For Returning Students
- Subject to evaluation by the Registrar and the
concerned College

Doctor of Philosophy in Management

APPLICATION PROCESS
• Accomplish the Student Personal Inventory Sheet (SPIS)
• Encode your information into the official system (S3)
• Secure your student ID number
• Undergo medical examination
• Secure “Fit to Enroll” clearance from the school clinic
• Pay enrollment fees at the Cashier
• Submit required forms
• Class Schedule

Tuition is computed based on the number of units enrolled per semester.
