The College of Education Arts and Sciences (CEAS) is the heart of the institute, Saint Joseph Institute of Technology (SJIT). It is the service college of the Institution.
It serves all five other colleges in the Institute through its Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Humanities and Language course offerings.
Manned by highly qualified faculty members, CEAS is the largest in terms of number of faculty and the most dynamic college in the Institution. Its faculty and students are very much inclined into arts and culture, vigorous in research and active community extension services.
CEAS offers Bachelor of Arts (AB) with majors in Mass Communications and English and Bachelor of Science in Psychology. The college also offers Bachelor in Elementary Education (BEED) and Bachelor in Secondary Education (BSED) with majors in English, Mathematics, and Filipino.
CEAS standards rank with the country's bests since Liberal Arts programs are accredited by Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities-Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) and the College entire quality system is Certified by TUV Rheinland.
Thus graduates of both AB and Education are now successfully employed in the Public and Private sectors. They serve with the zeal of commitment to service for God and man.

Students in this degree program examine the theories and history of the workings of the human mind by studying aspects of developmental, organizational and abnormal psychology. The BEEd program is structured to meet the need of professional teachers for elementary schools and special education programs in the Philippines.
