Mechanical Engineering is a profession that concerns itself with mechanical design, energy conversion fuel and combustion technologies, heat transfer, materials noise control and acoustics, manufacturing processes, rail transportation, automatic, machineries, control, product safety and reliability, solar energy, and technological impacts to society. Mechanical engineers study the behavior of materials when forces are applied to them, such as the motion of solids, liquids, gases and heating and cooling of object and machines. Using these basic building blocks, engineers design space vehicles, computers, power plants, intelligence machine and robots, automobiles, trains, airplanes, furnaces and air conditioners. Mechanical engineers work on jet engine design, submarines, hot air balloons, textiles and new materials, medical and hospital equipment, and refrigerators and other home appliances. Anything that is mechanical or must interact with another machine or human being is within the broad scope of today's and tomorrow's mechanical engineer.

The ever-growing demand for mechanical designs relating to economics, for design and maintenance interface never stops. Thus, studying mechanical engineering will give you the ability to understand the possibility and the holistic point of view of how things work in terms of mechanical engineering. Once equipped with the fundamentals, the students can then start designing systems and developing their own designs.

Except being, by far, the best Architectural School in Caraga, design and construction can never be as efficient as it can become without Architects in the picture. Architects are the prime professionals that make the environment better without necessarily disturbing the environmental equilibrium. It involves holistic educational approach on the different specializations that an Architecture graduate can pursue. It gives an avenue to learn and develop drafting and design skills, theoretical skills, and all the others that make decision-making efficiency higher in the field. The demand for professional Architects locally and abroad never dries out and all the learning acquired during and after school give qualifications that are in demand in the field of construction, government, and education.

PRACTICUM/ON-THE-JOB-TRAINING opportunities with the professional firms and reputable companies and industries.

PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION AFFILIATES such as Junior Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers which will give the students an overview about the professionals and their jobs in the field of BSME that they have specialized. fun with their colleagues and participate in the activities enriching their relationship with the community.

STUDENT ACTIVITIES inside and outside the school, like Community Extension Services, enhances the students' capabilities to interact and have bonding among students.
