The enrollment of the students in SJIT is a contractual relationship between the student and the school.They have to comply with the existing policies,rules and regulations of the institution.Failure to do so empowers the school to impose sanctions in accordance with the Commission on Higher Education(CHED)and Department of Education(DepEd).

New students and transferees interested to enroll at SJIT are required to take the Admission Test to be administered by the SPS office.

Admission to the program requires a bachelor's degree. High grades in one's field of study is important. Admission requirement includes taking an OLSAT Level G examination and interview with the Dean.

A graduate of any secondary or transferee from other colleges/ universities may be granted admission to the program provided he/she presents valid credentials and meets the admission requirements of the college. All enrollees must pass the admission test (ACP and APRO Test) as the first step in the whole enrollment process.

    • For a New Student:
      1. Submit the credentials at the Basic Education Office for evaluation.
      2. Proceed to the Basic Education Office for testing schedule and interview.
      3. Go the Cashier for the payment of testing fee.

    • For a New Student:
      1. Present the credentials to the Basic Education Office and get the enrollment form.
      2. Fill-up the enrollment form
      3. Proceed to the Cashier and present the enrollment form for payment.
      4. Present the official receipt of enrollment Assessment Office for the Certificate of Enrolment.
    • For Old Students:
      1. Present the report card at the Basic Education Office for the enrollment form.
      2. Fill-up enrollment form and update the entries if necessary.
      3. Proceed to the Cashier and present the enrollment form for payment.
      4. Present the official receipt of enrollment Assessment Office for the Certificate of Enrolment.

Grade School

Admission Process for New/Transferees Students:
  • STEP 1: Complete all necessary Requirements and Documents needed for Testing
    1. Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
    2. Report Card for Transferee
  • STEP 2 Proceed to the Basic Education Office for Evaluation and Validation of Requirements and Documents.
  • STEP 3: After the Evaluation and Validation of Requirements and Documents. Ask for the enrolment form from the BE Office.
  • STEP 4: Proceed to the Testing Room.
  • STEP 5: Pay down payment fee at the Cashier`s Office located at the SJIT Main building.
  • STEP 6: Proceed to Assessment Office for the Certificate of Enrolment.
Admission Process for Old Students:
  • STEP 1: Present the Report card at the Basic Education Office to generate an Enrollment Form.
  • STEP 2: Fill out enrollment form and update the entries and other information if necessary.
  • STEP 3: Proceed to the cashier and present the enrollment form for payment

Junior High School

  2. ACADEMIC REPORT CARD:
    Secure a Report Card (Form 138) for incoming Grade 7, For Grade 8-10 transferees; submit this with your accomplished Enrolment Form.
  3. ENTRANCE EXAM
    Upon submission of your completed admission requirements, you shall be issued an examination permit. Take the entrance exam at the Student Personnel Services (SPS) where you will take Entrance Exam .
  4. TEST RESULTS:
    Results for the entrance test must be claimed from the Office of the Student Personnel Services (SPS). This will be attached in your enrolment form upon payment at the Cashier's office.
