PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

1. To provide students the secondary education suited to the relevant stage of their physical and mental development, based on the education they have received in elementary school

2. To promote the overall development of students, to foster their social integration and to help them determine personal and career tracks.

3. To pursue senior high school education.

ADMISSION POLICIES

Complete all necessary Requirements and Documents needed for Testing
  1. Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
  2. Report Card for Transferee
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
FOR NEW/TRANSFEREES:
  1. APPLICATION/TESTING FEE AND APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION FORM:
    Please pay the P200 Application and Testing Fee at the Cashier's Office. Present the official receipt to the Student Personnel Services (SPS) where you will take Entrance Exam .
    "Entrance applications are now accepted. A Testing is done every day from March 16 and the whole of April to May. Applicants for enrolment will be entertained until May 31, 2015."
  2. ACADEMIC REPORT CARD:
    Secure a Report Card (Form 138) for incoming Grade 7, For Grade 8-10 transferees; submit this with your accomplished Enrolment Form.
  3. ENTRANCE EXAM
    Upon submission of your completed admission requirements, you shall be issued an examination permit. Take the entrance exam at the Student Personnel Services (SPS) where you will take Entrance Exam .
  4. TEST RESULTS:
    Results for the entrance test must be claimed from the Office of the Student Personnel Services (SPS). This will be attached in your enrolment form upon payment at the Cashier's office.
Admission Process for Old Students:
  • STEP 1 Present the Report card at the Basic Education Office to generate an Enrollment Form.
  • STEP 2 Fill out enrollment form and update the entries and other information if necessary.
  • STEP 3 Proceed to the cashier and present the enrollment form for payment.
  • STEP 4 Proceed to Assessment Office for the Certificate of Enrolment
